What is your returns policy?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, so we offer a 14-day return policy for any items that are unworn and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, so please choose carefully. Read our full returns policy here.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and see when it is expected to be delivered.
