Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, so please choose carefully. To start the returns process please email us at hello@amoremia.com.au. Once we have confirmed your return, please arrange for your order to be sent back to us 14 days from the fulfilment date.
Items will only be accepted for a return if they are in unworn condition and in their original packaging. We are not liable for any returns lost in the mailing process, and we will not accept any returns that are received in an unsatisfactory condition. Once we have received your returned goods, we will inspect them and process the refund through your original payment method. 

 

Exchanges

To exchange your item/s please follow the above return instructions, and then place a brand new order for the item/s you wish to exchange for.
